Port de plouer

Marina description

A stopover on the Rance river. After passing the Rance dam and sailing up the estuary for 6 miles, where you can admire the malouinières reminiscent of the days of Newfoundland fishing, the plain of Plouër is finally open to you. The tide mill reservoir, located on the left bank of the Rance and converted into a marina in 1991, offers comfortable, welcoming shelter between land and sea. The harbour’s up-and-over door gives you access from a water depth of 8.30 metres in the Rance, with a draught of 1.50 metres.
